My mouth is watering from all the above suggestions but i didn't see any Jalapeno in those sammies. Out west the jalapeno has it's place in the hall of peppers. We like to pickle our own and don't process them. We have to keep them in the fridge but thats OK. Lay a layer of jalapenos across that sammie before grilling with or without the tomato and you got an Ole' sandwich for sure.
