I prefer my grilled cheese open-faced with Panera Bread sourdough, a teaspoon of olive oil vs. butter or mayonnaise and very thin-sliced fontina cheese. Sometimes I'll slice one or two cherry tomatoes and add that before layering the cheese. Grill at 350 degrees in the oven for about three minutes until cheese is bubbly and melted. Next time I'm going to try sliced Granny Smith apples instead of tomatoes.
