At the World War I Museum in Kansas City (highly recommended), I had a ciabatta bread, Gouda (not sure if smoked, think not), and strawberry grilled cheese sandwich that was wonderful. The chef, who featured a different grilled cheese each day, said the customer favorite was Gouda and asparagus.
