We hear you, Jan -- egg replacement can be a challenge. One of our favorite options is re-hydrated flaxmeal, which we discuss in some detail in this blog article. Generally speaking, recipes with fewer eggs, and those that don't rely heavily on eggs for their structure are going to be the best candidates for egg replacement.
