If there is a better recipe out there, I would like to see it. This cake is amazing!!! I even forgot to add the eggs until after the flour and it still turned out awesome. I baked it in the Monkey Bread pan I bought from King Arthur and it worked great. I did reduce the temp to 325 because my oven cooks a little hotter. I LOVE this site and I can't say enough about this recipe. I did use my kitchen scale and felt like a pro;) Thank you so much.
