HI Sherrie, I can't say as I've had that problem before, so I'm not sure the solution. Have you checked the size of your tins? Perhaps they are older and smaller? There are silicone cupcake molds too, that don't require liners, that may be something to look into. Maybe drop the bakers an email at some point, I'm sure there would be a lot of experience and advice to send your way. ~ MJ
