Love this recipe!
But, I wanted to make a few changes for me and the way I like to eat my muffins...
I used gluten-free and grain free Paleo flour (almond, cassava, coconut blend), monk fruit for sweetening, coconut oil, raisins, combo of greek yogurt and sour cream, a bit of lemon extract and pink Himalayan sea salt. I used mostly organic ingredients as well (that's me).
Not too sweet and super good! Thank you KA :)
