If you'd like to use the Gluten-free Measure for Measure Flour as well as the buttermilk you have on hand, then use the recipe Irish Soda Bread Muffins (the wheat flour based recipe you'll make with the Gluten-free Measure for Measure Flour). You'll see this recipe uses either buttermilk, yogurt or sour cream for St. Patrick's Day baking success. Irene@KAF
