Suzanne, We haven't tried baking these particular muffins in the mini pan, but here are some general guidelines for baking in our mini muffin pan: Use this pan to bake about 40 mini muffins from a standard 12-muffin recipe. Reduce the baking time by about 1/3; e.g., if your recipe calls for baking standard muffins for 21 minutes, bake mini muffins for 14 minutes. Understand that this is only a general guideline, and times may vary; start checking mini muffins as soon as they look set, and remove them from the oven when a toothpick inserted into the center of one comes out clean.
