I was just reading the KA recipe round-up, saw the Irish Soda bread recipe and thought "how can I tweak this recipe so I can eat it?" Right down the email and here is this recipe, YAY!!! I was so missing soda bread this year, and with a name like Dougherty how can you not have any for St Patrick's Day?! Thank you!!!
