We haven't tried baking this in a Dutch oven yet, so let us know how it comes out, Barb. You might want to bake it in muffin form first and see if you think the consistency would work as a loaf. Glad you can enjoy some of your old favorites and still accommodate your gluten-free diet! Barb@KAF
