"Maple sugaring house." So that's what you call it there. Here in Canada, it's a "sugar shack." Now I understand why so many people south of the border didn't know what I was talking about. Most thought it had something to do with drugs or promiscuity and were shocked that I would have gadded about one at the age of 12 or 13!
