I have a tremor and am a bit nervous about putting the pan on the burner/flipping it over, etc. Would it be okay to just use a springform pan, release the sides, and serve the cake on the pan's base? The cake sounds just amazing and I am so eager to bake it for my daughter and son-in-law for Valentine's Day!
