Hi Barbra, I haven't tested this recipe with a sugar substitute, so I can't tell you exactly how it will turn out, but I suspect it will work well with our new Baking Sugar Alternative. Baked goods do brown up more quickly with this sugar substitute, so we recommend checking for doneness about 75% of the way through the baking time. When making this type of substitution, replace the sugar cup for cup rather than by weight. And remember that the recommended chocolate also contains sugar, so you may need to find a different type of chocolate to use. I hope this works well for you! Let us know how it turns out.
