I found your recipe while looking for a flourless chocolate cake that will successfully freeze so I can make it in advance and take it with me to Seder. I can't wait to try the water bath method--carefully of course! While the recipe sounds delicious, what really hooked me was your beautiful family story. I hope you're all still enjoying Seder's together and adding new traditions <3
