I made this for a dinner meeting with work colleagues that fell on my birthday and I wanted to be sure we had dessert. It is amazing! I chose it because I didn't know if there were any food issues in the group and this seemed the best I could do and still have something I would enjoy. Hands down it is one of the easiest and tastiest desserts I have ever made. I am already plotting other occasions when I can serve this delicious cake. Your directions were perfect and I had no issues removing the cake from the pan. Definitely a little stress getting the water into the roasting pan but all went well.
