Thanks for your comments, Houston. I love your suggestions for boosting the flavor! And using a silicone pan sounds like a great solution, but it's really not that hard to get the cake out of the pan. I think all my precise instructions made it seem overwhelming, but as long as you give it the 30 seconds over the heat it should slip out easily. Barb@KAF
