Hi. I've made this recipe a few times now and it one of my favorites. I think I've made all of the mistakes I can but you never know. A knowledgeable friend told me about whipping the froth into the whites and what folding meant both of which made a difference, as you know. This last time, I made it with fresh Pineapple because a friend looked down her nose at canned. I haven't had a bite of it yet but the cake looked great. It's a fun recipe and I really appreciated the detailed step-by-step pics that left no doubt about what had to be done. Very cool for a guy like me. Thanks for helping me out.
