Oh how i love a good homemade Pineapple Upside down cake, this is what my mother would bake for me for my birthday but she also would add pecans, oh how yummy..She is no longer with us and it has been a long time since i have had this cake, my birthday is this Fri. the 20th guess i will just have to make my own. Never see this cake at the grocery store in their bake shop, wonder why ? Thank you for sharing this great recipe.
