Thank you P J for this recipe. I will try them very soon. My husband and sons are mallomar fans for years. About 25 years ago, they were hunting in an aluminum canoe on the river. They hit an underwater piece of debris and opened up a small hole in the aluminum boat. It was about 10 degrees out and they had their mallomars. The marshmallow gets quite thick and chewy at that temperature. So, they temporarily repaired the hole with a cold mallomar and continued hunting. We love our mallow mars!
