This recipe looks soooo yummy. I must try it.
I was thinking (scary I know) what if you used the tin that makes tiny cupcakes/quiches (I can't remember how many without looking at the cupcake/quiche sheet) if you put the shortbread in the bottom bake as you say, and then put the marshmellow on top, put in the refrigerator awhile to set them up nicely, then pop them all out, set on a rack and pour the chocolate glaze over them and let them set up again back in the refrigerator. what do you think? I think they would get covered all over that way. just thinking out loud. let me know if you think that would work.
