Several members of our family are gluten free and one of my daughters loves Mallomars and can't have them now because of the gluten. I was wondering if you could suggest a cookie recipe that is gluten free for the bottom of this cookie. And Thanks Let me say here that I have been a King Arthur fan for many, many years and have told many family and friends about your flour and other products. You are one I turned to for recipes and products. You are just the greatest in everything you do. I just wish you had an outlet down in Westchester, NY. One other thing thanks for posting so many gluten free recipes. Much appreciated and particularly from a "flour" company.
