Sami, you're right that since this blog was first published, we have come out with Measure for Measure, a gluten-free 1:1 sub for the AP Flour called for in non-yeasted baked goods. We haven't tried it in this recipe in particular, but we'd expect it to work beautifully. It may also help to know that the primary ingredient in Measure for Measure, and most gluten-free blends, is rice flour. Mollie@KAF
