Hi!
I love using the gluten free measure for measure flour but I also like the tip of adding eggs, I really think it helps in other recipes I've tried. However I noticed your reply to many comments saying to use the measure for measure and NOT do any other changes. For this cake-pan cake recipe though, can I use the measure for measure flour (instead of all purpose + xanthan gum) while KEEPING the “reduced water/added eggs” alteration of the recipe?
