We think there's an easier answer, Cortney! You can use our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour in place of the all-purpose flour in the recipe 1:1. The best part? No other changes need to be made! There's xanthan gum already added to the Measure for Measure so you can so ahead and make the swap. Your friend is going to be in gluten-free heaven! Kye@KAF
