Hello PJ ~ Thanks for this Gluten Free information. I didn't know that King Arthur Flour also has a G F flour. Is it available at local stores ~ or is it an on-line order? My son picked up some Namestae (spelling, ?) at a store where he shops; I've never seen yours' ~ even at Trader Joes'. Up until now, some of my recipes have been trial and error experiences.
