Hi Clara! All of our bread mixes are compatible in our bread machines. Simply add the water to the bucket of the machine followed by the dry ingredients and butter or oil if it is called for and set a course for basic white bread with a light crust option if given. For pumpernickel or Alaskan sourdough, try a dark crust option. Happy baking!
