Just received my ZOjirushi Virtuoso Plus.. Hardly out of the box and I’m Impressed! Now a question concerning the Dough making Course #11. What is the largest flour capacity that I can use for the dough making function please? Did bake recipe 12 Rustic Herb Bread from page 9 of the recipe book as a place to start my familiarization and it came out great, looks and taste. Love it and looking forward to learning more. Thank you and I’m very much enjoying being a part of the KABC family now. 😊
