Thank you, PJ, for this marvelous blog post and the great ideas for using a machine to make bread often.

Is it possible to make sourdough bread in the bread machine and use the refrigerated starter method that you have described in a different blog? I would like to know if it is possible in some way to incorporate the longer proofing time needed for cold sourdough starter when using a bread machine? Any hints would be much appreciated. Thank you.
