Thanks for 1 hr. 30 min. note Re: basic quick cycle. That's what I use, and wondered in the directions if 1 hr. 45 min. applied to basic quick cycle. My Zo Supreme also bakes browner on the left side of the loaf. Is that an issue to take up with Zojirushi? I do not care for thick, dry, hard crust, so not sure the cool-down directions would work for me. I like to take it out as soon as baking is finished for a softer crust (best luck removing the pan if I grasp both ends). Not much wrinkling of the top, maybe because we are in a dry climate at high altitude? I do not like the "keep warm" feature. Will have to search machine model # online and download the manual to come up with my own programs, since I don't have a CD reader to read the CD that came with the machine. (Would it be so hard for the company to print & include a user's manual?) From one of the pix above, I will try putting each paddle facing the opposite direction to see if lopsided loaves still happen. I have learned that if I can't snap the bucket full of ingredients down when I begin, to carefully pick it up & adjust the position of one of the paddles from underneath so they match. I've been a bread baker 53 years & use this machine multiple times a week for bread, and several others for making pizza dough & specialty bread. LOVE the bread machine tips here!
