Hi Barb. We are thrilled to hear you are enjoying the Zo Supreme! If you are finding that the bottom and sides of the loaf are sticking, we would suggest coating pan with non-stick spray then you can try sprinkling a touch of semolina or fine cornmeal over the bottom and sides of the bucket (very similar to what some bakers do in their traditional loaf pans). You could also try gently rolling the dough (after you reshape it) in the semolina or cornmeal before placing it back into the bucket for the final rise and bake. That can help prevent the dough from sticking after baking, plus it adds a lovely texture to the crust of the bread.
