I have the Zo Supreme. Very happy with it so far. I’ve made a few loaves in the machine. I reshape the loaf and remove the paddles before the final rise and bake. I get a nice loaf but I have a problem getting it out of the pan after it’s done. I’ve sprayed the metal cylinders where the paddles sit with Pam and that doesn’t help either. I didn’t want to scratch the inside of the bucket with a metal spatula so I’ve used plastic utensils to loosen the loaf but the result is a loaf with broken crust on the side. Do have any other suggestions? Would it release better if I left the paddles in? Haven’t tried that yet. Thanks for your help
