So this in not a comment but a question. i have a breadman bread machine and I already do everything in this article. but the reason I stopped to read it is because I have a different problem. Every time I make bread my loaf rises so high it reaches the top of the bread maker inside and then I get a hole ripped in the top of the bread the second I open the bread maker to take out my loaf. I've tried lessening the yeast but then the bread seams to come out dense no matter how much i tweak with the flour/water ratios. So what can I do to fix this problem? Thank you for your time and effort in reading my email.
