My taste for bread became corrupted as I couldn’t abide the taste or texture of store bought bread. Enter my Oster bread machine from the local thrift store. It makes a good loaf every time though I like the idea of taking out the paddle. Thanks for the hints. By the way, your King Arthur recipe for basic bread is the best I’ve found so far. Now if you could just give me a hint for slicing a lovely slice I would be content. Thank you again.
