Are there any custom settings for the Zo that I can put in, that will help make the sides and bottom of my bread somewhat softer? I find it often tends to make the sides and bottom firmer than I'd like. The top is great, though. Most of my breads that I make are set on Quick, and Light crust.
Also, what's the difference between the Quick and Light crust setting, and the Sandwich setting? I've never used the Sandwich setting. Can that be used for rapid yeast? Many of my breads are used for sandwiches.
