I have the older Zoj [Zojirushi BBCC-V20] bread machine that I have been using since I believe 1996! It is great and I am only now coming to this whole take out the paddles thing, which is brilliant. HOWEVER, short of standing over it for 3.5 hours, since there are not beeps for each change in the sequence, does anyone have the actual 'Basic' and 'Quick' timing steps? Meaning, how long out from from pressing start (in these presets) does each step begin? I know that the manual has a schema, but it does not have actual times, in mine at least. Thanks!!!!
