My machine has two sough settings: raw dough and leaven dough. THe leaven dough setting appears to let the dough rise twice, while the raw dough only once.
I want the machine to just knead the dough, then I plan to remove it and bake it in the over. Any idea which of these two settings I should use? Thanks.
