Hi
I have a Breadman plus bread making machine although it makes beautiful bread especially since I started adding fruit pectin to the flour. I still find the crust is too hard, How can I get a soft crust. I am baking on program 1, Bread regular crust. Please advice me on how to get the crust softer. Thank you
