I find that my bread machine loaves are nice and soft they first come out of the machine but within two days, the loaf will begin to get really hard, especially wheat bread. There are two adults eating the bread and we can't eat it before it gets too hard. I find myself throwing it out. Any suggestions for storing? I normally place it in a plastic zipper bag.
