Hi Ashley! We're so happy you are loving the results of this recipe. Our preference is SAF Instant Yeast for bread machines and recipes mixed by hand. There is reference towards the end of this blog, How to convert recipes to a bread machine, on using the bread machine to mix the dough, then finishing by hand. We hope this helps and happy baking!
