Thank you! I've tried this recipe a few times and am loving the results! I'm finding that the type of yeast you use is very important. Do you have you preferred yeast? Also, I'm having a hard time finding which post you mentioned how you can use the machine to knead and rise the loaf and then bake the bread in the oven instead of the bread machine.
