I have a new Zo and have made a few successful loaves. I have followed your recommendation to remove the paddles. When the bread is done it will not release from the pan. I have tried to release it with a rubber spatula so as not to scratch the finish. The loaf will release on all sides but is firmly stuck to the posts. It seems that the dough has baked firmly against the two posts. Do you have a solution.
