Hi there, Marguerite! We're sorry to hear that you had a bit of trouble achieving the shape you were hoping for. Using floured hands while handling the dough will definitely help. The dough should be tacky but not overly sticky in a way that it's sticking to even your floured hands. We do have a helpful baking skills video section that includes videos on handling shaping dough. We hope this helps and happy baking!
