Hello! I am new to making bread and wanted to try your tip about creating two balls at the start of the third rise. I am using the Bread Machine Bread - Easy As Can Be recipe from this site. When I attempted to pull the dough out, it was outrageously sticky; so much so, that I couldn't form anything and just put the dough back in the bread machine. Again, I am new at making bread, so maybe that's how it's supposed to be? Should I use floured hands when pulling the dough out of the machine? Are there any videos of this type of technique on this site? Thanks!
