I recently got the Zojirushi Home Bakery Virtuoso Plus Bread Machine. Every loaf I have baked so far has hit the window and rises in between the handle. I use the exact amount of yeast specified. I live in Colorado Springs could the altitude have anything to do with it? The last loaf I made I had such a mess. The entire top of the loaf was stuck to the top of the lid and the bread was wrapped around the handles. When I opened the lid the top of the bread just ripped off and was stuck all over the lid.
I also use the Saf yeast in the red bag should I use less?
I have been so disappointed in my bread. I want loaves that look like yours. Any help would be very much appreciated.
