Annabelle-I have made the brioche mix in my bread machine and didnt know about the 2nd knead cycle. It came out ok, fell in the center after baking but still tasted great! Will definitely gift it another try! Currently have an Easy as can be loaf in the machine and it looks awesome! Happy Baking All! Stay safe and healthy!
