The goal is to take the bread out after mixing cycle and before [Raising] cycle, so heat shouldnt be a negative impact.
The mixer cycle is to MIX >> KNEAD >> RISE >> BAKE.
The elements are set to very low during the RISE cycle, under 120 as not to kill the yeast micro-isms.
Only when BAKE does the elements rise to 350* to cook the raised bread.
