Hi Nikki, we aren't sure which machine you got or whether or not that bread mix was meant to be made in a machine (some don't work well in a machine) so it may be worth consulting both the maker of the bread mix and the machine's manual. If the bread mix should have worked in the bread machine, we highly recommend reaching out to the manufacturer's customer support team as they'll have the best information on their particular machine.
