Marilyn, I have some GF bread recipes! But, also, I think you can find them on the Zojirushi website. (I have the Virtuoso.) Although they’re created for the ZO, they might work with your machine. The Brown Rice GF is great. The Cornmeal bread is very good. I love the GF Raisin Bread and the Walnut Bread. I haven’t tried the Chocolate Bread nor the Soy Milk Bread. I didn’t like the Apple Oat Bread, but didn’t make it a second time. The first four recipes I mentioned start with the same basic recipe, so if you can tweak one, you’ve got them all. Good Luck.
