I have been making homemade bread for many years and use King Arthur bread flour exclusively. My question is why is my bread machine bread lighter and softer than the bread made with my kitchenaide mixer? I use the exact same recipe but the kitchenaide bread doesn't rise as much and is denser than the bread made in the bread machine.
